11th Annual Lilies on the River

Lilies on the River is our annual benefit event. We have used the event to honor the women who are most important to us and support the ongoing work of Hope Haven.

This year at Lilies on the River, we are breaking our tradition for very good reasons. We are honoring our former board member and current board emeritus David Ames! For ten years, Dave has consistently supported and worked tirelessly to advance the mission of Hope Haven. As a tribute to him, we will open up the sale of lilies this year to honor women and men!

So please join us in the 11th annual “Lilies on the River” fundraiser to benefit Hope Haven of the Lowcountry, your region’s non-profit organization that provides healing for child abuse victims and adult victims of sexual violence.

Purchase lilies to honor the most important women and men in your life

To honor and/or memorialize the important women and men in your lives, complete the form below to purchase a tax deductible $15 per lily for each person and send us their names. On Mother’s Day, May 10th, all the names of the honorees will be displayed in The Island Packet & The Beaufort Gazette. Your lilies must be purchased by May 1 to be printed in the newspaper.

On Saturday, May 16th, at 2:00 PM, all the lilies purchases will be released at a ceremony taking place in the waters at the Berkeley Hall Club House. All are encouraged to attend the lilies release. All lilies will be released on behalf of those who are unable to attend.

On Saturday, May 16th, there will also be a luncheon, a silent auction and a champagne toast to honor David Ames for his dedicated support in advancing Hope Haven’s mission. Tickets for the luncheon can be purchased at the early bird rate of $60 per person by May 1. Ticket prices will be $75 per person after May 1. Lunch is served at noon. Doors open at 11:00 AM.     If you would like to honor more than five women, please return to this page and repeat the process after purchasing your first five lilies. You must complete the entire purchase first before returning to this page to repeat the process.
